Access is by invitation
NxGen Academy accounts are created by the academy, not signed up for. An administrator invites each parent, guardian and coach directly.
If you have been invited, open the link in the email or WhatsApp message we sent you. It signs you in and sets up your access — there is no separate account to create. The link expires after 14 days; if yours has, ask the academy to send another.
If you have not been invited and would like your child to join, please get in touch with the academy. New families are welcomed through a conversation first, and an invitation follows from it.
